Am cerut personalului un odorant de camera, domnisoara de la receptie a fost foarte amabila si mi-a schimbat camera cu una ok, fara sa ii cer asa ceva. Recoman acest hotel, camerele arata bine, sunt curate, exista ascensor deci nu trebuie sa va carati bagajele pe scari.
RomaniaNu știu în alte camere cum este dar noi am avut cel mai confortabil pat. Personalul foarte amabil, curățenie profesionala, locație bună. Cu siguranță am să revin când mai trec prin Cluj!
